5/7/08 - Vendors may arrive at the Fairgrounds as early as 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning for set up.

4/28/08 - During your visit to the Helderberg Mountain Nationals at the Altamont Fair Grounds,  please make it a point to visit and relax in the Kara Mia DeLuke Memorial Park, located next to the Flower Building.  When you are there, please read the dedication plaque and think about being an organ donor.  If you would like to be a organ donor and need more information, please visit the www.organdonor.gov website.

2/23/08                           Car Show Rules

Hoods and trunks must be up for judging or vehicle will not be judged
All show cars must have fire extinguishers inside the car
Convertible tops must be up
Only registered cars will be judged
Windshield registration must be displayed
Judging must be complete by 2:00 p.m.
Trophies awarded at 3:30 p.m.
Be considerate - respect others and their cars
Radios and sound systems must be turned off during the show
Trash must be put into trash barrels
Children must be supervised at all times
No bicycles or pets allowed
Observe 5 mph speed limit on the grounds

This is a fun show!!

 Sponsors for plaques and trophies are filled up but we are stilll looking        for sponsors AND sponsors to donate door prizes and or auction items for Saturday and Sunday events!
